ClipTrace Account Agreement

Welcome to register and use the services provided by ClipTrace (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform")! Before you register as a ClipTrace user and use the Platform's services, please read and understand the following account agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") carefully. This Agreement constitutes a legal agreement between you and ClipTrace regarding your use of the Platform's services. By clicking the "Register" or "Agree" button, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and agree to accept all the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

I. Account Registration

1. You must provide true, accurate, and complete personal information for registration according to the Platform's requirements, including but not limited to your name, email address, and mobile phone number.

2. Upon successful registration, you will receive a unique ClipTrace account and corresponding login password. You are responsible for your account and password and must not disclose them to third parties.

II. Account Usage

1. You shall comply with national laws and regulations, social ethics, and the provisions of this Agreement, and use the Platform's services reasonably without engaging in any illegal,violations of regulations, or infringing activities.

2. You must not use the Platform's services to publish, disseminate, or store any illegal, pornographic, violent, terrorist, fraudulent, defamatory, infringing, or other inappropriate content.

3. You should properly safeguard your account information. If your account is stolen or your password is leaked due to your personal reasons, the consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by you.

III. Account Security

1. ClipTrace will take reasonable measures to protect your account security but cannot guarantee complete immunity from unauthorized access or data leakage.

2. If you discover any abnormalities or security issues with your account, you should immediately notify ClipTrace and cooperate with us to take appropriate measures.

IV. Account Termination

1. You have the right to apply for account cancellation with ClipTrace at any time, but before cancellation, you must ensure that there are no unfinished matters in your account.

2. If you violate the provisions of this Agreement, ClipTrace reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account usage without prior notice and retains the right to pursue legal responsibilities.

V. Privacy Protection

ClipTrace respects and protects your personal privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on the collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal information.

VI. Miscellaneous

1. This Agreement shall become effective upon your successful registration of a ClipTrace account by clicking the "Register" or "Agree" button.

2. ClipTrace reserves the right to revise this Agreement. The revised agreement will be published on the Platform without separate notification to you. Your continued use of the Platform's services constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement.

3. The interpretation right of this Agreement belongs to ClipTrace.
